A diverse and dynamic environment

Work + learn = Workplace Learning! A unique BBL program with a job guarantee, designed for students who want to work and learn within a logistics environment. You will work as an employee 4 days a week and receive 1 day of classes from a teacher at Koning Willem I College (KW1C). Not at school, but at our workplace. Ideal, right? You have the choice of three training programs.

1. Logistics employee 2

   During this training, you will learn everything about processing, unloading, storing, and shipping goods in a warehouse. You will usually work with automated systems. You do this independently or in a team, but always under the guidance of a supervisor. During your work, you often use a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck. This training lasts two years.

2. Logistics team leader 3

   During this training, you will learn how to lead logistics employees in a warehouse. You will coordinate processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. At the end of the day, you discuss the results, planning, and hours with your own supervisor. This training lasts two years.

3. Logistics supervisor 4

   During this training, you will learn how to manage the total flow of goods. In other words, you monitor the complete 'journey' of goods: from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave the company. You will lead, report, and coordinate. This training lasts three years.
