Head of Digital Experience & Direct Conversion

As Head of Digital Experience & Direct Conversion, you’ll lead a team responsible for driving The Social Hub’s online performance, from traffic and engagement to bookings and revenue. Reporting into the Marketing function, you’ll own our multi-channel digital strategy and performance marketing, while taking full ownership of our website, The Social Hub’s most important digital asset. You work closely with the Channel Manager, SEO/GEO Manager, Product Owners, the CMS team, CRO and UX specialists, as well as the CRM, Media, and Revenue teams to ensure our digital journeys are seamless, engaging, and conversion‑led. What You’ll Do

• Set and lead a multi‑channel digital strategy across paid media, SEO, Email, website platform and display to drive performance, engagement, and revenue
• Own and optimise TSH’s website strategy, ensuring conversion, usability, and integration with all digital channels
• Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning to performance, focusing on ROI and continuous improvement through A/B testing and analytics
• Oversee SEO & CRO, working with in‑house specialists to enhance content, structure, and technical performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with CRM, UX, and Digital Product to deliver seamless user journeys and digital experiences.
• Lead a high‑performing team across SEO, Paid Media, CMS, and Content Marketing.
• Manage agency partners, media budgets, and channel performance with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, championing innovation and continuous improvement in all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Have

• Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership. Ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, fintech or beauty tech environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in website management, performance marketing, SEO, and data‑driven optimisation.
• Track record of leading and developing successful digital teams.
• Comfort with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, CMS tools, and analytics platforms.
• A sharp, analytical mindset with a strategic view and executional drive.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross‑functionally to drive results.
