Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant - (ID:3621)

As a Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant, you will:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations (minimum two full-cycle implementations).
• Analyze finance business processes related to consolidation, close, and reporting and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and manage FCCS components including metadata, dimensions, ownership management, consolidation methods, multi-currency translations, intercompany eliminations, approval units, and task manager.
• Design and maintain metadata hierarchies, attributes, and custom dimensions.
• Develop and manage calculation scripts and custom business rules within FCCS.
• Perform historical data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Build and manage integrations using Data Management / FDMEE and file-based processes.
• Utilize SmartView for reporting, validation, and financial analysis.
• Automate processes using EPM Automate and support batch operations.
• (Preferred) Develop Groovy rules for advanced calculations and validations.
• (Optional) Work with EDMCS for hierarchy and dimension management.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and reporting.
• Experience with PBCS, EPBCS, or other EPM Cloud modules.
• Hands-on expertise in FCCS configuration, setup, and business rules development.
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of FDMEE / Data Management for integrations.
• Proficiency in SmartView and EPM Automate.
• Exposure to Groovy scripting and EDMCS (preferred).
• Strong finance background (CA or equivalent preferred).

• Lead FCCS implementations with strong functional and technical expertise.
• Translate complex finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
• Manage data accuracy, reconciliation, and financial integrity.
• Work collaboratively across finance, IT, and business teams.
• Handle multiple tasks and deliverables in a structured manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently within tight timelines.
• Drive automation and optimization within financial processes.
