What you will do:As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving business retention and expansion by delivering value to our customers. Your focus will be on helping customers achieve their goals, ensuring a positive experience, and becoming their trusted advisor. Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Consultancy, and Product) and a solid technical understanding of our products to provide effective support. In this role, you will:
- Help customers achieve their business objectives by using our product effectively
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Provide software training and explain new features
- Share relevant content such as case studies and customer stories
- Organize cross-sell demos with Sales to showcase additional offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
- Proven experience in customer success, relationship management, or similar roles
- Business Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and effectively partner with customers
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Creative, self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Familiar with SaaS technology and eager to quickly grasp core product features
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
