We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on SC Planning & Logistics Lead to lead and inspire our planning and logistics teams at NLC in Tilburg. You report to the on‑site Supply Chain Manager, who also oversees NPI, Warehousing, and E‑commerce. In this role you manage six direct reports, and keep the end‑to‑end flow—inbound, production planning, and outbound—running smoothly for our markets. You ask the right questions, and translate improvements into clear processes that work on the floor. Experience in production and supply planning is essential; exposure to S&OP is a strong plus.

You will:

• Lead day‑to‑day planning activities (materials & production), keeping timelines on track and aligning plan changes with production teams.
• Own the end‑to‑end supply flow to markets — from inbound to planning to outbound — ensuring smooth, reliable and timely delivery.
• Drive performance through KPIs and reporting, identify bottlenecks, and lead or support improvement initiatives.
• Act as first point of contact for markets and HQ for supply chain activities, set and monitor SLAs with logistics partners, and ensure customs compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the planning and logistics teams, ensuring clear responsibilities, proper training, and high‑quality collaboration.
• Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Procurement and Warehousing to strengthen cross‑functional alignment and make well‑grounded operational and tactical planning decisions.

You bring:

• HBO level/ Bachelor, preferably in Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar international environment, with proven leadership and hands‑on experience in production planning, transportation and control.
• A strong, confident working style: able to set boundaries, guide discussions, and make clear operational and tactical decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Operations and Quality.
• Experience in process improvements and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Solid MS Office skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in production & supply planning and S&OP
