Health & Biosciences: Channeling our passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Manages the activities, performance, development, and capabilities of a team of Supply Chain professionals – ~10 direct reports* Own and manage the raw material requirements, production asset schedules and finished goods distribution planning through agreed demand and inventory plans.* Assess and implement supply chain design optimization opportunities and recommend actions to the Business team. Driving process simplification and standardization.* Execute order acceptance and handling policies that balance customer requirements with supply chain capabilities. Evaluate availability and policy exceptions in Decision Center environment.* Manages the tracking and works with manufacturing and business to align disposition of slow-moving materials (SLOB).
