About this roleAs a Global Media Specialist within our Global Media department, you will join a high-energy team dedicated to empowering food moments across our European markets. We are looking for a proactive professional who leads by setting clear goals and delivers excellence through a customer-centric approach. By partnering with local teams and our media agencies, you will use teamwork to deliver best-in-class strategies that boost brand preference. In this role, you will care for our partners’ needs while moving fast to maximize our impact on millions of customers.
These are some of the key components to the position:- Develop and implement Global Media strategies that aim high to support company and country goals.
- Setup and optimize local and global Awareness & Preference campaigns across video, display, and social platforms.
- Monitor performance and drive excellence by making data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Develop a robust testing roadmap for programmatic channels to continuously raise the bar for results.
- Take a leading role in the creative automation process to simplify workflows and create efficiency.
- Initiate and maintain responsible relationships with external partners like Google, publishers, and agencies.
- Localize global media principles and guidance to ensure high-quality execution in local markets.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams to stay committed to achieving maximum media value and impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing to simplify processes and foster a culture of clarity.
- Own your results by staying accountable for campaign outcomes even when facing challenges.
- Expertise in digital advertising with a track record of aiming higher to drive excellence in campaign results.
- Hands‑on proficiency with DSPs (ideally Google DV360) and the ability to build effective programmatic strategies.
- Experience managing Paid Social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- A commitment to achieving goals and developing a deep understanding of our internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders while acting responsibly to make a lasting impact.
- Experience working with or for global advertisers to deliver quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A proactive mindset that lifts others up and celebrates team wins every day.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Advanced level of English; additional European languages are a plus.
