Activities
- Process and confirm Purchase Orders (POs) through Amazon Vendor Central.
- Monitor order acknowledgements, shipment confirmations, and delivery windows.
- Resolve operational issues such as PO discrepancies and short shipments.
- Manage chargebacks and handle dispute resolution with Amazon.
- Book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight via the CARP system.
- Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders for on-time pickup and delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation including BOL, CMR, and packing lists.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound quality checks on products and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and communications.
- Track KPIs including on-time delivery rate and order accuracy.
- MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in Logistics or Business Administration.
- Affinity with or experience in e-commerce logistics.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with pivot tables.
- Ability to work from 08:00 to 17:00 and handle a dynamic workload.
- A team player who can work independently and step in for colleagues.
- Reliable, structured, and comfortable with deadlines.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,300.
