Wat je gaat doen As a parcel sorter at GLS Enschede, you will play an active role in ensuring that packages reach their destinations on time. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and precision are key. This role involves physical tasks, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to keep the logistics process running smoothly.
What You Will Do:

• Order picking: accurately collect, sort, and process packages to ensure timely delivery
• Loading and unloading: safely load and unload trucks to maintain operational flow
• Team briefings: participate in short daily discussions to align on tasks and priorities
• Safety: follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear to ensure a secure working environment
• Support: assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

• Hourly wage: €14.80 gross per hour.
• Temporary contract with potential for a permanent position.
• Flexible part-time hours: 3 to 15 hours per week.
• Morning (05:00 – 08:30) and afternoon/evening shifts available.
• 8% holiday allowance and €0.23/km travel reimbursement.
• Equal pay principles ensuring fair and transparent employment conditions.
