Are you ready to land this job?
Support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting breakfast dishes.
Assist with setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet together with the F&B team.
Follow recipe cards and instructions from senior chefs to prepare dishes consistently.
Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready for service (mise en place).
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly during service.
Handle basic cooking tasks and learn new techniques from experienced chefs.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of all tools and workspaces.
Work according to food safety procedures in compliance with HACCP standards.
Support the team with lunch preparations for co-hosts when required.
Be flexible and assist with ad-hoc tasks when needed—teamwork is key.

Did you bring everything?
A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen.
Basic culinary training (MBO or similar) or currently studying hospitality/chef education.
A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
A team-player mindset with good communication skills.
Enthusiasm for delivering great service and supporting your colleagues.
Interest in food, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Basic multitasking and time management skills.
Knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
