We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
II. Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), directly contributing to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
III. Responsibilities
- Plan and run campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Optimize performance based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
- Analyze audience, keywords, and competitors
- Work with creative team to improve ad performance
- Manage budgets and scale effective campaigns
- Set up and monitor tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
- Report performance and suggest improvements
III. Requirements
- 1–3+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Able to manage multiple campaigns
- Good communication skills
IV. Nice to Have
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce
- Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, funnel optimization
- Experience with larger budgets
