Job purpose
We are looking for a BPO Digitalization Specialist to help drive digital transformation within our HR Services organization. In this role, you will focus on automation, digitalization and continuous process improvement, helping our HR Service Centres deliver efficient, high-quality services.
You will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders and external providers to design and implement digital solutions that simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve the overall employee experience. As a key knowledge expert in digitalization and automation, you will also contribute to local, regional and global HR initiatives across the organization.
This role primarily supports HR Services in Belgium and the Netherlands, while contributing to broader EMEA digitalization initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digitalization, automation and process optimization.
- Design, develop and implement digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and quality of HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing automation and digital workflows to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital tools and automated processes.
- Ensure that all automation and digitalization initiatives comply with internal policies, data protection requirements and governance standards.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable and effective system performance.
- Contribute to local, regional and global HR Services projects related to automation and digital transformation.
- Document technical solutions, system configurations and operational procedures to ensure knowledge retention and proper version management.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to digital and automated HR processes.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and other stakeholders on the use of digital tools and automation solutions.
- Act as a knowledge expert and point of contact for questions related to HR digitalization and process improvement.
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams and external service providers supporting HR digital platforms.
- Work with and support tools used within DHL such as SAP, ServiceNow, Signavio, Celonis, DocuSign/OneSpan and MS Office.
Your Profile
- Experience in digitalization, automation, process improvement or HR technology, ideally within an HR Services or shared services environment.
- Understanding of HR processes and HR service delivery models is a strong advantage.
- Experience with digital tools or platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Signavio, Celonis, DocuSign or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
