For this purpose, we are currently looking for a committed
Junior Assistant (m/w/x)
What you can expect:
· Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and meeting schedules for the management team
· Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed
· Supporting the preparation of emails, presentations, and simple dashboards for internal communication and reporting
· Providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Monitoring tasks, priorities, and key deadlines to ensure timely execution
· Coordinating follow-ups and maintaining communication with external stakeholders, including authorities and regulatory bodies
What we are looking for:
· Completed commercial education (business administration or similar qualification)
· First professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or coordination role
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
· Confident user of MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
· A structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong attention to detail
