Reachtruck Operator Geodis

As an reachtruck operator at Geodis, you play a key role in the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This position offers variety: you will not spend the entire day on the reachtruck. Instead, you will support the broader logistics operation through picking, packing, scanning and order handling. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys an active work environment, teamwork and a mix of responsibilities throughout the day.

What will you do:

• Operate a reachtruck safely and efficiently to move, store and retrieve goods.
• Perform picking and packing activities to support daily order processing.
• Carry out general warehouse tasks such as scanning, sorting and stock replenishment.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting, walking and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a clean and well‑organized workspace.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

You will work varying daytime shifts, and must be available between 07:00 and 18:00.

Shift patterns may change depending on operational needs.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable logistics professional who brings both experience and a proactive attitude:

• Valid reachtruck certificate (required).
• Proven experience operating a reachtruck in a logistics environment.
• Willingness to perform a combination of reachtruck work and general warehouse tasks (pick/pack).
• Ability to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct).
• BSN required; Dutch nationality not mandatory.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.
• Availability for long‑term work and varying daytime shifts.
