🌟 What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the full order-to-cash process and maintaining customer relationships. Your tasks include:
- Processing customer orders in the ERP system (via email, phone, or e-ordering)
- Monitoring accurate and timely order processing
- Communicating with customers regarding deliveries, changes, and inquiries
- Handling and registering complaints, and thinking along in solutions
- Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and back office
- Coordinating deliveries with logistics partners
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
- Building product and customer knowledge to better support clients

You will be part of an international team of approximately 20 colleagues, most of whom are based in Sassenheim. Team members are also located in the UK, Italy, and Germany. The atmosphere is informal, professional, and focused on collaboration. During your first weeks, you will receive intensive guidance from experienced colleagues.

- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
