Production Packer

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Packer, you play an important role in preparing Uniekaas products for shipment. You will work with various cheese products, check labels, maintain quality standards and support the packaging lines. With your help, the production process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities

• Packing sliced or block cheese and preparing it for dispatch
• Checking labels and ensuring product quality
• Keeping your work area clean and following safety guidelines
• Working together with your team to maintain steady production flow

You can work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system, depending on what suits your lifestyle. Day shifts only are also possible between 06:00 and 22:00.

Shift Times

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00

• 30% evening shift allowance (18:00–22:00)
• 40% night shift allowance (22:00–06:00)

Functie-eisen

We are seeking a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a structured production environment.

• Comfortable handling 15 kg cheese blocks regularly
• Speaks Dutch and/or English at B2+ proficiency level.
• Living near Kaatsheuvel, Tilburg or Waalwijk, or able to commute independently
• Willing to work in 2 or 3 shifts
• Available at least 3 days per week

Founded in 1956, Uniekaas is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands. We produce high‑quality cheese using traditional Gouda methods. Our Kaatsheuvel site is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, Dongen, Drunen and other nearby cities.
