Employment agency Manpower is looking for Line-Leads Packing for an employer in Heijen.

As a Line-Lead Packing, you will work on the packing line yourself while also supervising a small team. You make sure daily tasks are properly distributed and that the team can work efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Supervising and guiding four packers on the line
• Assigning daily tasks and supporting the team where necessary
• Checking the availability of products and materials
• Ensuring efficient order changeovers on the line
• Monitoring key KPIs for the line
• Ensuring the daily workload is completed
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace according to the 5S method

Working hours
The activities mainly take place between 07:00 and 19:00.

Employees must be flexible regarding start and end times. During busy periods, work may be scheduled according to a rotating roster or shift system. In some cases, shifts can start between 06:00 and 23:00.

In case of overtime, changed shifts or shift work, you will receive an overtime or shift allowance.
