As an assistant team leader, you are responsible for both the activities of your team and the process around the cutting line. You ensure a continuous supply and removal of products, guaranteeing undisturbed production at the cutting line. Together with your team, you assemble products so that they are unpacked, placed in water, and readied on carts for transport to customers, all within set quality and quantity standards. The working hours are full-time, 40 hours a week, with opportunities for career growth and on-the-job training.

You start your working day with a team briefing, where you discuss the day's planning and any special instructions. Throughout the day, you monitor the workflow, assist in problem-solving, and maintain close communication with the production and logistics teams. You ensure that productivity and quality targets are achieved and that all processes run smoothly.
