What will you do?
As an operator, you are responsible for a smooth production process. You make sure the machines are set correctly and that problems are solved quickly. You work closely with your team and guide colleagues when needed.
Your tasks will include:
- Setting up and starting production lines
- Monitoring the production process and product quality
- Solving small machine problems or calling the technical service
- Arranging the supply of raw materials
- Performing quality checks and HACCP registrations
- Supervising production workers on your line
You will work at an international company in the food industry with several locations in the Netherlands. Every day they produce fresh products using more than 100 recipes across 20 production lines.
There is a strong focus on hygiene, teamwork, and a pleasant working atmosphere. Personal guidance and opportunities to grow within the company are very important.
This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday. During the training period you will work in the day shift. After that, you will work in a 2-shift system from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00
Wie ben je?As an operator:
- You have experience as an operator or in production
- You have a good level of Dutch or English
- You live in the region of Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne or Venray
Besides a full-time job of 40 hours per week, stable work and the chance of a permanent contract, you can expect:
- Salary starting from €14.71 gross per hour (depending on experience and age)
- 30% shift allowance
- Overtime allowance from 125%
- ADV allowance + pension build-up

- 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday pay
