International Team Lead Finance Operations. Bike Mobility Services Group (BMS) is looking for a Team Lead Finance Operations to support our ever growing international businesses. The Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) plays a crucial role in this fast paced environment, set up to unify our Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash within our labels. Over the last years our businesses expanded rapidly, and we foresee a similar growth path in the (near) future.
The role. As Team Lead Finance Operations you actively act on streamlining our processes; debtor and creditor management as well as GL accounting. Together with your team you ensure measures are implemented in a smart and efficient way. Your tasks consist of guiding and supporting the accounting team (10 FTE) , creating and monitoring KPIs, spotting synergies between the different operating companies, focusing on constant process- and quality improvements to safeguard stability and quality in an internationally growing organization. You can leverage the expertise of the FSSC team and Pon. If we decide to start in a new country you are the first to support the businesses so they do not have to worry about their financial operations!
The FSSC consists of 3 financial streams, namely: Business Control, Financial Control and Financial Operations. Together with a team of 25 colleagues, we strive to professionalize and optimize our processes to meet the standard of our businesses and stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant Bachelor;
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant working experience in finance, with at least 2 years experience in a managerial position. You will be responsible of a team consisting of six financial officers and two working students;
- Business fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written, German is a big plus;
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding an organizational culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally;
- Ability to manage local / global stakeholders in a remote working environment;
- High energy, motivated and authentic personality with a solution oriented mentality and some guts to take the lead and make things happen;
- Quick in learning new things, like new systems, processes, etc.;
- You are willing to travel regularly to our (international) offices in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
