As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in conveying QuantWare’s solutions to the global market. You’ll be responsible for bringing the QuantWare brand to life in the physical world, creating high-impact interactions with our target audiences. While your immediate mission will be to own and execute our field marketing strategy, we are looking for someone with the curiosity and ambition to grow into broader marketing functions as our company scales.

• Own the Field Strategy: Plan and execute QuantWare’s field marketing from top to bottom, from major tradeshows and private co-hosted events to award submissions and product launches.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, industry partners, event organisers, and external agencies to bring our vision to life.

• Brand Amplification: Find creative, unconventional ways to convey QuantWare’s brand and stand out in the deep-tech landscape.

• Sales Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to design creative, event-driven solutions that directly drive revenue and pipeline.

• Asset Creation: Oversee the design and execution of event booths, marketing content, and high-quality merchandise.

• Bright Graduate: You hold a Master’s degree (a strong academic track record in any discipline is welcome, we hire for how you think, not just what you studied).

• Proven Organizer: You have a track record of successfully organising complex projects or events (e.g., leadership roles in student boards, extracurricular committees, or personal ventures).

• Business Sense & Curiosity: You have a feeling for business and how markets operate. More importantly, you have the intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm to rapidly get up to speed on the deep-tech markets we operate in.

• Eye for Quality: You have an appreciation for good design, user experience, and brand aesthetics.

• Resourceful: You are a self-starter who gets things done. You don’t wait for a manual; you figure out a way to make it happen, and you’re comfortable with learning on the job.
