TheQuality Transfer Lead willplayakeyroleinensuringthatallmanufacturingprocesses, equipment,anddocumentationmeetthecompany’sglobalqualitystandardsduringthetransitiontoa newproductionfacility.Thisrolefocusesonoverseeingprocesstransfers,validatingequipmentandsystems,andensuringfull compliancewithGMPrequirements. Theidealcandidatebringsstrong expertise inqualityassurancewithinpharmaceuticals,combinedwiththeabilitytoreview,approve,andguidecriticalvalidationandinvestigationactivities.

• Overseeing thetransfer ofproductionprocessestothenew facility,providingtechnicalsupportandsupervision,reviewingdocumentation,andapprovingprocessvalidationactivities.
• Providingexpertguidanceandfinalapprovalforequipmentinstallation,qualification,andvalidationefforts.
• Participatinginandsupporting of rootcauseinvestigations,ensuringhigh-qualitydocumentationandapprovingcompletednonconformityreports.
• Reviewing,evaluating,andapprovingproductiondocumentation,protocols,andotherGMP?criticalrecords.

• 5–8yearsof relevantexperience,ideallyin aqualityassuranceorsimilarrolewithinthepharmaceuticaloranimalhealthindustry.
• Strongknowledgeof GMP,processvalidation, equipmentqualification,andqualitysystems.
• Experiencesupportingorleadingmanufacturingprocesstransfers ishighlypreferred.
• Solidanalyticalandproblem?solvingskillswiththeabilitytoassessinvestigationsandensureregulatory?compliantdocumentation.
• Excellentcommunicationanddocumentation-reviewabilities.
