PILAT3S Operations & Training Lead

As Operations & Training Lead at PILAT3S, you’ll deliver instructor training, support franchise new studio openings and help drive operational performance across the network. You’ll act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring the consistent delivery of our product and brand standards.

• Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication between franchise partners and HQ.
• Deliver training academies to both new and existing instructors, ensuring all instructors meet the standards required to deliver the PILAT3S method.
• Conduct regular studio visits and audits to assess brand compliance and implement corrective actions where needed to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor commercial performance through KPIs, providing guidance and training to help franchise partners achieve their commercial targets.
• Support the development of training content, including video materials and updated learning resources.
• Assist the creation of class programming and music curation to ensure the product remains fresh on-brand and engaging.
• Represent PILAT3S as a brand ambassador both in person and online, supporting content creation and building your following as a PILAT3S Trainer.

• Background as a Reformer Pilates instructor, with a strong understanding of Pilates-based movement, the benefits and the PILAT3S brand.
• Previous experience as a Master Coach, Lead Trainer / Instructor or similar.
• Confidentandpersonablecommunicatorwiththeabilitytoupskillfellowinstructors.
• Organisedandpunctual;withexcellenttimemanagementskills.
• Professionalappearanceanddemeanour–willingtoreceiveanddeliverfeedback.
• Abilitytofosterrelationshipsandengagewithpeoplefromallbackgrounds.
