Job Description- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers
- Convert inbound marketing leads and generate new outbound opportunities
- Advise prospects through a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems
- Identify customer needs within construction, installation, and energy sectors
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or solution-based sales
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on value and long-term relationships
- Self-driven and comfortable generating new business independently
- Confident communicator who enjoys challenging prospects and closing deals
- Organized, results-oriented, and skilled in managing a full sales cycle
