Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee in the Flex Pool at Mauser Benelux B.V., you play an important role in the production process. You will work in a dynamic production environment where accuracy, pace, and teamwork are essential.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that products are produced according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities

• Tightening lids and caps on plastic drums
• Removing excess plastic from products
• Stacking and moving drums within the production area
• Performing quality checks
• Maintaining a safe and clean workplace
• Working together with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly

We offer:

• Gross hourly wage of €16.82
• 28% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
• 3% end-of-year bonus
• Flexible working hours from 16 to 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance for commuting
• On-the-job training to help you learn the work
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position

We are looking for a proactive production employee with a focus on quality and adaptability.

• Hands-on mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
• Willing to work flexibly in a 5-shift schedule.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level).
