Job DescriptionAs Director Services, you will play a pivotal role in transforming a partially ad‑hoc, fast‑growing service environment into a professionalised, standardised and scalable European services organisation. You will oversee multiple operational teams across various sites, including cleanroom operations, repair, maintenance, logistics, service engineering and planning. ASML will be your primary external customer, requiring zero‑error tolerance and strong senior‑level communication.
- Developing and implementing a 3-5 year European services strategy, aligned with HQ Pack's growth ambitions.
- Leading, professionalising and scaling all service centres across Europe, including cleaning, repair, reuse, maintenance and planning.
- Driving operational standardisation, lean improvements and multisite harmonisation, creating a European blueprint for service excellence.
- Managing core performance metrics (quality, cost, lead time, safety) and reducing operational escalations.
- Acting as senior escalation lead, chairing Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with ASML and other critical customers.
- Building, coaching and empowering the services leadership team across multiple sites.
- Ensuring a data‑driven, structured approach to decision‑making and process improvements.
- Strengthening the organisation's customer‑facing capability and representing HQ Pack with top‑tier, demanding high‑tech clients.
You are a senior operations or service leader who thrives in a high‑pressure, high‑complexity environment where precision and speed must coexist. You combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution, and you excel at leading multisite operations while building scalable, standardised structures.
- Bachelor or Master degree (preferably Technical Business Administration).
- Experience in high‑tech, semiconductor or other zero‑tolerance environments (must).
- Background in managing escalations for critical customers (ASML or similar is a plus).
- Leadership experience in a service, production or technical operations environment.
- Proven track record in scaling operations and leading multisite organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort interacting with senior external customers.
- A data‑driven, strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute pragmatically.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
