QC Scientist

As a Sr. QC Scientist within QC Tech Services, you will support the introduction, qualification, and life cycle management of analytical methods for cell therapy products. You will contribute to troubleshooting activities, method validation, data trending, and continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP environment.

• Lead and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new analytical methods and technologies.
• Manage tech transfer projects for analytical methods related to commercial products.
• Author and revise method qualification and validation documents, specifications, and reports.
• Support method troubleshooting and implement CAPAs when required.
• Lead investigations for OOS results and manage deviations related to analytical procedures.
• Monitor GMP systems and ensure compliance within QC operations.
• Perform trending of analytical and stability data and prepare metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address QC analytical topics.
• Contribute to updates of controlled documents and review proposed changes to QC systems and procedures.

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biology with 8+ years of experience in an analytical environment, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Strong experience with analytical techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, PCR, and cell?based assays.
• Solid understanding of GMP and GLP.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross?functional teams.
