Within the production department, employees work closely together to make sure every product meets strict quality standards and is completed on schedule. Functie
As an Assembly Employee you are responsible for assembling and mounting various standard products within the production department. You work based on technical drawings and clear work instructions so that every product meets the required measurements and quality standards.
Before starting your work, you check whether the previous production step has been completed correctly. After that, you prepare the materials, tools and components needed for the assembly process. During the work you use machines and electric hand tools to assemble the constructions accurately.
While assembling, you regularly check measurements, alignment and the quality of the product. If you notice deviations or technical issues, you take action to solve them or report them to colleagues or the supervisor. You also ensure that tools and equipment are used properly and that the workplace remains safe, organized and clean. Together with your team, you contribute to a smooth production process and make sure every finished product meets the required standards.

What do we expect from you?
- LBO level of working and thinking in metalworking or similar practical experience
- Experience with assembly work in a production environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of assembly processes and tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Good command of the Dutch language or willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Physically fit and able to perform standing and manual work
