Power the transformation from within
We’re looking for a Strategy & Performance Associate to join our internal team and make ADC stronger from the inside. Sitting in the office of the Chief of Staff, you’ll own and improve our core reporting towards our private equity partner and countries' leadership.
This isn’t a traditional back‑office role. It’s about building the steering information that matters, connecting dots across the business, and making sure we follow through on the decisions that help us scale.
If you enjoy working with numbers, building and automating reports, and turning insight into action, you might be the one we’re looking for.
What you do
Own and improve performance reporting
Support and progressively co‑own the monthly reporting towards our private equity fund and country leadership (finance, pipeline, billability and key KPIs).
Work closely with Finance to ensure numbers are accurate, consistent and reconciled.
Turn data into steering information: highlight trends, risks and structural gaps, and “ring the bell” when action is needed.
Automate and structure our steering information
Use advanced Excel (and ideally Power Query/data connections) to make reporting faster, more reliable and less manual.
Improve how data flows between systems and reporting, and document logic so it can be scaled.
Drive projects based on data
Translate insights from reporting into focused internal initiatives (e.g. Improving forecasting, utilisation tracking, or resource planning).
Coordinate small, cross‑functional projects with Finance, Operations and country leadership to address bottlenecks surfaced by the data.
Support the Chief of Staff on ad‑hoc analyses and internal projects linked to strategic priorities.
Support a culture of clarity and continuous improvement
Help define and track KPIs for key initiatives.
Question how we work today, spot opportunities for better processes or systems, and help implement improvements.
What you bring
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, business operations, FP&A, business controlling or transformation roles.
Experience owning or strongly contributing to management/leadership reporting (ideally including revenue, pipeline and billability/utilisation).
Very strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query, data connections or basic automation (VBA/Python) is a plus.
Strong affinity with numbers and performance, and close attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work credibly with Finance and senior leadership.
A generalist, problem‑solving mindset and a collaborative, low‑ego attitude.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
What we offer
At ADC, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer growth, impact, and a sense of belonging. We empower you to take ownership, build something meaningful, and thrive collectively.
Be a driving force in ADC’s strategic growth – your reporting and insights shape how we plan and decide.
Work directly with senior leadership – including the Chief of Staff, Finance and country leads, and get exposure to our PE partner.
A steep learning curve – take on responsibility from day one and grow into a trusted advisor, specialist, or ADC leader.
Projects that make an impact – where you’ll tackle real‑world challenges and drive meaningful change.
Freedom to innovate – bring your ideas to life and help shape the future of how we manage performance and risk.
Ongoing learning & development, our Collective Week, a competitive salary with a collective bonus, and a vibrant social culture with Friday drinks, sports activities and more.
At ADC, we believe in building with heart – where people, ethics and impact come first.
