Cristaux International creates custom recognition awards for brands worldwide. With our new facility in The Netherlands, we are expanding production and building a strong local team.

You will support daily production operations, including receiving, quality checks, inventory, packaging, shipping, and learning basic skills such as sand-etch and our digital print processes. If you like staying active, taking ownership, and doing dependable, detail‑focused work, this role fits you well.

• Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate digital print machine
• Technical Setup: Manipulate digital files, prepare awards for print, and calibrate machines for accurate color print.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean machinery, and address minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Review finished product, check print quality (e.g., ink anchorage), and ensure final products meet standards.

• 2+ year digital print experience
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
• Able to lift up to 35kg; forklift experience required
• Good understanding of spoken and written English; clear communicator
• Comfortable with basic tech (Outlook, Trello)
• Able to follow procedures and meet daily deadlines
• A healthy dose of humor
