FunctieomschrijvingAs a Senior Internal Communications & Change Communications Lead, you act as the tactical engine behind TAL’s integration and transformation programs. You are a hands‑on expert who understands the dynamics of leadership communication and knows how to navigate an international integration program. You ensure consistent messaging across regions and strengthen the narrative for the CEO and leadership teams.
Your focus lies on execution and impact:- You deliver strategic and operational communication plans that support organizational priorities.
- You produce high‑quality content, ranging from CEO messages and Townhall scripts to internal articles and announcements.
- You operate and evolve digital channels, including SharePoint‑based intranets, MS Teams, and Viva Engage.
- You partner with HR, IT, and Transformation teams to create communication journeys and toolkits for digital transformations and restructuring.
- You manage multi‑stakeholder review processes with speed and autonomy.
You are a tactical expert with a proven track record in global environments. You possess:
- 6+ years of experience in Internal, Corporate, or Change Communications
- A strong background in B2B, industrial, energy or engineering environments
- Experience in matrix organizations and multi‑region setups
- Close collaboration with HR, IT, Transformation teams
- Native‑level or professional business English
You combine strategic storytelling with a high execution speed. You are a structured thinker with high empathy, enabling you to advise leaders while remaining pragmatic and low‑ego. Your ability to simplify complex information into "hands‑on" materials—such as FAQs, videoscripts, and change toolkits—is what sets you apart. You take ownership of workstreams and manage stakeholders with confidence.

- Workload: 32 – 40 hours per week
- Salary indication: from €5200,- to max €5800,- per month depending experience
- Location: Remote and occasional onsite (Veghel and Stuttgart)
