Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business in the assigned region
- Achieve and surpass regional sales targets
- Focus on maximizing net margins
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proactively contact existing and potential customers
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
- Ensure thorough follow-up on activities
- Manage risks associated with the customer portfolio
- Share relevant market and product information internally
- Collaborate effectively with other departments like Logistics and Accounting
General Information: The International Sales Manager manages a customer portfolio within a specific country or region, executes regional commercial plans, optimizes the product portfolio, and maintains service levels. The Person
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Commercial or Economics (ingredients)
Knowledge and Experience: 5-7 years of international commercial experience, preferably in ingredients or commodities. Fluency in English; additional languages like French, Arabic, or Spanish are a plus. Experience with incoterms, export/logistics, and payment terms. Good cultural awareness and adaptability in dynamic markets.
