What will you do?As a Supply Chain / Production Planner, you are responsible for translating mid-term planning into a tight and executable weekly plan. You work in an environment with a high level of complexity and many interdependencies.
In this role, you continuously coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and other involved departments, and you lead the daily conflict meeting with all stakeholders, where you set priorities and help accelerate decision-making.
In addition, you monitor the availability of raw materials and align closely with inbound logistics; in case of potential shortages, you elevate in a timely manner to safeguard production continuity.
At the same time, you work in parallel on multiple improvement and optimization projects. You are responsible for planning one of the three Business Units (three production lines: conventional products, tobacco‑free alternatives, and flavours). You will start on a less complex line and grow from there in terms of complexity and responsibility.
What do you bring?Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
Experience with or strong affinity for SAP (MM module is a must)
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical capabilities combined with solid communication skills and resilience
Ability to maintain overview in a highly complex environment
Proactive mindset; able to easily switch between stakeholders and set priorities
Personality: a good balance between results‑driven (red) and analytical (blue)
