About the roleAs our Senior Media Manager you will:
- Develop and deliver media strategies with our marketing teams and agency partners, spanning our Digital Media Hub in Poland, 26 markets, and 9 direct websites.
- Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycle—making sure every milestone lands on time.
- Act as the daily operational lead for our agency partners, especially across our Digital Media Hub.
- Coordinate and refine cross-channel audience and media plans for every launch—working closely with our category team.
- Optimise where and how we invest—using planning and analysis tools to sharpen our media mix.
- Identify new ways to test, learn, and improve—collaborating with our Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams using frameworks and attribution models.
- Provide regular strategic updates on media innovation, technology, and measurement trends—always keeping teams on the leading edge.
- Support category and digital marketing teams to refine integrated plans, driving more value and efficiency.
- Drive audience planning—connecting real owner insights to our agency’s planning tools.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and media agencies to ensure best-in-class local campaign execution.
- Own and drive accurate BBI management—making sure we stay precise and effective.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- At least six years’ experience in media planning, either from an agency or in‑house.
- Deep knowledge of planning and buying across the spectrum: TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social, and Search.
- The ability to interrogate local market plans—making sure they deliver both brand lift and demand.
- Experience analysing results and working with data‑driven attribution and media‑mix modelling tools.
- Expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations.
- A nose for trends—and the confidence to recommend bold, strategic opportunities.
- Exceptional organisation, process focus, and a fierce attention to detail.
- Strong business sense, analytical acumen, and project management skills.
- The ability to build relationships—across functions, with stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Sharp communication and presentation skills.
