An international manufacturing group with a newly integrated global structure, post a merger last year, is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to support governance alignment across its multinational operations.
This is not a traditional board-facing Company Secretary role. Instead, it sits at the centre of an active integration programme, focused on harmonising governance frameworks, statutory compliance processes and entity management across multiple European jurisdictions.
Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer and Group Company Secretary, you will help bring consistency and control to a complex cross-border structure. The role will involve aligning statutory records, supporting regulatory filings, coordinating with local advisers and ensuring governance processes operate smoothly across different European entities.
The environment is fast paced and collaborative. You will work closely with legal and finance teams across several countries, requiring strong practical knowledge of European corporate governance requirements and the confidence to operate across jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have experience in multinational governance or corporate compliance, ideally within a European group structure. You should be comfortable managing multi-entity governance, coordinating filings and working with external advisers in different jurisdictions. A background in law, governance or corporate compliance is expected. A professional governance qualification is advantageous but not essential where strong practical experience exists.
This role offers genuine visibility at senior level and the opportunity to help shape governance within a growing international organisation. Hybrid working is available, with a preference for candidates based in or near Amsterdam.
