You will:
- Own daily global cash positioning, including sweeps, pooling, concentration, and currency balances;
- Produce and continuously improve the 13-week cash flow forecast (weekly) and a 12-month liquidity outlook;
- Lead bank strategy, selection, pricing negotiations, and service-level agreements;
- Own account lifecycle management across all legal entities (open/close/modify/KYC);
- Administer short-term liquidity tools such as RCFs, overdrafts, credit lines, guarantees, letters of credit, and surety arrangements;
- Reduce operational FX exposure;
- Advise Financial Controllers and SSCs on payment behaviour, settlement risks, term setting, and liquidity impacts;
- Deliver weekly cash dashboards, forecasting variance analyses, bank fee analysis, and improvement plans to CFO;
You have:
- 7–12 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking within a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of multi-currency cash management, operational FX, and liquidity forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with banking portals, mandates, payment security, and account lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of ICFR, treasury controls, compliance (AML, sanctions), and audit requirements.
- Experience with ERPs, TMS, or payment hubs (e.g., SAP, Stripe, Adyen, etc.).
- Comfort working as a single contributor, building a function from zero.
