You will work within a driven team of approximately 40 employees that has been producing masterbatches for the plastics industry for over 30 years. Years of experience, technical knowledge, innovation and extensive market knowledge is what sets this company apart.
As a Production Employee, you keep the line running. You weigh and mix recipes using the machines, stage the correct raw materials (10-25 kg bags), and make sure machines and containers stay clean and tidy. Throughout the shift, you perform quick checks on both product and equipment to maintain consistent quality. Once the batch is ready, you empty the mix and transport it to production, handling the 10-25 kg bags safely and efficiently.
Within this position, we would like to see someone who:
- Willing to perform physically demanding work
- 1 year experience in a production environment
- Has a good command of the English or Dutch language
- Can work independently and in a team
- Is willing to possibly work 2-shifts or occasionally on Saturdays;
- And does not mind getting dirty (you can shower at the company at the end of the day).
Being in possession of a forklift and VCA certificate is a plus.
What you can expect as a Production Employee:
- A gross salary of €15,50 per hour;
- 15% shift allowances;
- Working in the day shift from 06:00 to 14:30
- A working week of 40 hours;
