Teamlead Production

For a production facility in Velddriel, we are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader. In this role, you combine hands-on production work with leading a team of operators. This organization develops and produces sustainable additives for the animal feed industry. The international team works closely with partner companies to share knowledge and expertise. Production runs in three shifts:

• Morning: 06:00 - 14:15 (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:15 (Monday to Friday)
• Night: 22:00 - 06:15 (Sunday to Friday)

As a Production Team Leader you are actively involved in production while leading a team of operators in your shift. Together, you ensure that the production schedule is achieved and that quality standards are met. You assign tasks, monitor progress and make sure that work instructions are followed correctly.
When malfunctions or deviations occur, you make decisions and take action where needed. You monitor safety, order and cleanliness on the floor and motivate your team to work as one unit. You also train and guide new colleagues during their onboarding and ensure a smooth shift handover. In addition, you take part in team meetings where improvements and plans are discussed.

What is expected of you?

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in a coordinating or leadership role
• Technical insight and the ability to act quickly in case of malfunctions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate colleagues
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

What can you expect in return?

• A salary starting at €2,900, increasing up to €3,200
• 15% shift allowance and a night bonus of €3.50 gross per hour
• Scent allowance of €60 per month
• 29 vacation days and a good pension plan
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
