We are looking for greenhouse workers to join Rijk Zwaan in Sint Annaland. In this role, you will be responsible for various greenhouse activities such as harvesting, packing, and preparing plants for shipment.Over de functie
As a Crop Worker, you will support daily operations within the greenhouse environment. Your tasks will include sticking, packing, laying out plants, harvesting, and preparing different plant batches for shipment. You will also assist with cleaning activities such as hosing down floors and supporting preparations for new growing seasons. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a structured environment.
Working hours are typically between 06:00 and 17:00 depending on the season, with an average of 38 hours per week.

Wat wij vragen
Experience in a greenhouse is preferred (especially with tomatoes, cucumbers, or paprika)
Ability to communicate in English (A2 level) or Dutch
Physically fit and able to work standing or bending for longer periods
Available for long-term employment
