Your role as a Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full (360°) recruitment process for logistics roles such as order pickers and reach truck drivers. You will collaborate with Job Consultants and departments like Back Office, HR, and Planning. Additionally, you will support candidates with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment (360° role): sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending, and closing candidates;
- Conducting video calls;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers;
- Prioritizing tasks effectively;
- Working independently while collaborating closely with the team;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners - equally important is maintaining close cooperation with internal departments;
What we are looking for:
- We strongly prefer experience in recruitment or logistics; experience in administration is also appreciated;
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (social media, job boards, and networking are highly valued);
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred;
- Advanced English (at least B2 level);
- Knowledge of a second foreign language in addition to English will be considered a strong asset (e.g. Dutch, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who live within approximately 50 km of Zaltbommel.
