As an SAP Technical Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage complex IT programs and projects across the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, functionality, quality, and cost to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
- Drive ERP migration and consolidation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application leaders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely project status updates to leadership, stakeholders, and end users.
- Proactively identify project risks, gaps, and dependencies while proposing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocations to maintain project momentum and milestone adherence.
- Manage and maintain project documentation including dashboards, reports, process maps, meeting minutes, and status communications with proper version control.
- Support program and budget governance by partnering with leadership teams to ensure financial alignment and tracking.
- Foster collaboration across teams and ensure stakeholders have the required tools, resources, and guidance to achieve project success.
- 8–15 years of overall IT project/program management experience, with strong exposure to SAP-driven initiatives.
- Proven experience managing ERP migration or consolidation projects, preferably SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and SAP Activate.
- Practical experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead teams effectively by delegating tasks based on team strengths and project priorities.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Actively listen to stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Apply strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve project challenges.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across technical, functional, and business teams.
- Anticipate project needs and proactively drive initiatives without requiring constant direction.
