SAP Technical Project Manager (ID:3523)

As an SAP Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage complex IT programs and projects across the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, functionality, quality, and cost to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
• Drive ERP migration and consolidation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application leaders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely project status updates to leadership, stakeholders, and end users.
• Proactively identify project risks, gaps, and dependencies while proposing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and supervise project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocations to maintain project momentum and milestone adherence.
• Manage and maintain project documentation including dashboards, reports, process maps, meeting minutes, and status communications with proper version control.
• Support program and budget governance by partnering with leadership teams to ensure financial alignment and tracking.
• Foster collaboration across teams and ensure stakeholders have the required tools, resources, and guidance to achieve project success.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8–15 years of overall IT project/program management experience, with strong exposure to SAP-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience managing ERP migration or consolidation projects, preferably SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and SAP Activate.
• Practical experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and support cost optimization initiatives.

• Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
