Technical AutonomyYou own your work. Design solutions, build automations, solve problems. The Solution Owner sets directions; you determine how to execute.
Business PartnershipDirect interaction with recruiters, managers and stakeholders. You translate needs into solutions - no hiding behind tickets. First‑line support, onboarding new team members, creating documentation.
Build, Not MaintainThe platform is evolving. You’ll build new capabilities, not just keep existing ones running. Build and maintain flows, validation rules, page layouts and reports.

Platform OperationsManage user access, security, data quality, and system health.

What we’re looking for- Bachelor or Master’s Degree
- 3+ years Salesforce experience
- Calm under pressure: Incident leadership
- Salesforce platform understanding (Admin level +)
- Business stakeholder communication
- Being able to assess technical feasibility and estimate efforts
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a big plus, with enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a diverse and international environment.
- Mandatory EU citizenship or permanent residence in the Netherlands.
