Job Description- Act as the link between the Finance department and the Data team
- Manage and align stakeholders across Finance, Data, and the wider business
- Translate financial and business needs into data analyses and reports
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Use Python for data analysis and automation
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across datasets
- Work with Azure-based data and analytics solutions
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong affinity with finance, with understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and financial reporting
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI (including DAX and data modeling), Python (pandas, numpy), and Azure data services
- Able to translate complex financial and business requirements into actionable data insights
- Experienced in building dashboards, reports, and automated analytics solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Finance, Data, and business teams
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment and managing multiple priorities
