Global Mobility Manager
, you will take end-to-end ownership of building and embedding a central global mobility function. You will define and drive the global mobility strategy, policies and governance, translating business and people priorities into scalable frameworks for international assignments, relocations and cross-border work. In this role, you act as the central coordination point across countries, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and a positive employee experience while connecting and strengthening the global mobility community.YOUR TASKS

- Establish and lead the central global mobility function
- Define and execute the global mobility strategy, policies and governance
- Design and implement scalable global mobility processes and frameworks
- Oversee complex international mobility cases end to end
- Ensure compliance across immigration, tax, social security and labor law
- Manage vendors, budgets and cost control
- Build and strengthen an international global mobility community
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 7 years of experience in Global Mobility or International HR in a multi-country environment
- Strong conceptual and strategic skills combined with hands-on execution capability
- Deep expertise in immigration, tax, social security coordination and cross-border employment structures
- Proven experience in building or professionalizing global mobility programs
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Analytical, pragmatic and results-driven working style
- Excellent command of English. German, Dutch and/or Polish are an advantage
