Forklift Operator

As a forklift operator, you know how to move goods safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment, where you're responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials internally. Working in a shift system, you help keep daily operations running smoothly.

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for internal transportation within the warehouse and production areas. You'll load and unload trucks, place pallets in the correct storage zones, and check goods for quantity and possible damage. You ensure production lines are constantly supplied and keep materials flowing efficiently and safely.

You'll work in a 5-shift system, following a set rotation of 6 working days followed by 4 days off. This provides a steady rhythm and regular rest periods.
Shift times are as follows:
07:00 - 15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 | 23:00 - 07:00

What's in it for you?

• Gross hourly wage between €16.00 and €17.00 depending on experience;
• 31% shift allowance based on the collective labour agreement (cao);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Full-time hours: 36-40 per week;

Functie eisen

What do we expect from you?

• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience;
• A valid Dutch forklift certificate is required;
• VMBO/MAVO (or equivalent) level of education and thinking;
• You work independently and take responsibility seriously;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
