Production Employee

Working in a production environment where quality and precision are key? In this role, you ensure that everything is neatly packaged, machines keep running, and products are ready according to schedule. You work independently, but also collaborate with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly. Does that sound like something for you? Read on.

As a Production Worker, you are responsible for timely preparation and packaging of products according to the set guidelines. You operate the machines, change foil rolls when necessary, and perform interim quality checks. You report any deviations immediately to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

In addition, you register the finished product in the system and contribute to a clean and safe working environment. During shift changes, you ensure a clear handover so that your colleagues can continue working effectively. You work alternately in a two- or three-shift system, depending on the schedule.
