You ensure that pallets up to 10 meters high are placed neatly and safely in their designated spots. No two days are the same, and the pace is fast, but that's exactly what you're looking for. As a Reachtruck Driver, you will work in a team of 5 to 7 colleagues and be responsible for replenishing pick locations, moving incoming goods, and preparing pallets for shipment. You will drive throughout the warehouse and always take into account the correct layout, stability, and weights of the pallets. You will use a reach truck with a camera, but you will also rely on your own attentiveness, especially at heights of up to 10 meters.

The workload can be high and the number of trips per day is large. That is why it is important that you are stress-resistant and keep an overview. When your zone is in order, you jump in where necessary. Whether it's supporting colleagues or solving a problem: you think along and take action.

What can you expect?

• A gross hourly wage of €16.67 (from 21 years old). Are you younger than 21? Then your salary is between €10.72 and €12.50, depending on your experience;
• A full-time position of 36 hours per week;
• Working hours between 07:00 and 17:30, divided over bi-weekly schedules (communicated in advance);
• 25 vacation days + 11.8 ADV hours per year;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (in accordance with internal regulations);
• Spacious and well-equipped canteen for breaks and meals;

Functie eisen

What do we expect from you?

• You have a valid Dutch reach truck certificate and at least 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience;
• You live in the Oss region (max. 20 km) and have your own transport;
• You speak Dutch or English well;
• You are independent, accurate, and solution-oriented;
• You are physically capable of lifting bags weighing up to 25 kg;
• You are open to supporting colleagues and other departments;
• You are available for a test, in which you will move a pallet and maneuver it safely.
