Role Purpose
As an HR Administration Team Leader, you will execute the HR Administration and Shared Services strategy to deliver best-in-class HR services, products, and systems.
You will ensure service excellence aligned with current and future business needs, expected quality standards, best practices, and cost budgets. This role combines operational leadership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership to drive efficient and high-quality HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Strategy Execution
- Define and execute operational plans, including metrics and budgets, aligned with the overall HR Administration / Shared Services strategy
- Monitor adherence to service delivery standards, KPIs, and budgets; initiate corrective actions where needed
- Analyze feedback from HR partners and employees to understand current and anticipate future HR needs
- Generate ideas for new HR services and continuously review and improve existing services, processes, products, and tools
- Drive improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and process standardization
Leadership & People Management
- Supervise professional-level employees and potentially non-professional staff
- Set clear goals and objectives to achieve operational results
- Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are clearly understood and consistently followed
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to team members
Stakeholder Management
- Understand customer and key stakeholder interests and provide guidance and advisory support
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and cross-functional partners
- Maintain extensive collaboration with specialist departments
- Coordinate with third-party providers and external service partners
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree / HR certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR Administration, Shared Services, or related HR functions
- Proven experience in leading or supervising teams
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, personnel management, and contract law
- Experience in recruiting, interviews, employee benefits, training, employee relations, and talent management
- Understanding of organizational design and customer relationship management
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes and strategy
- Project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven people management and resourcing capabilities
- A service-oriented and solution-driven mindset
