Wat ga je doen?You will work in a small team of eight where you will have the opportunity to work independently.
The main activities are:
- Producing insulation material in the form of foam blocks;
- Sawing and packaging the blocks;
- Occasional warehouse work including loading and unloading of trucks;
- And if you have technical insight, your duties may also include minor technical maintenance work.
The current working hours are: on Monday through Thursday from 06:00 to 15:00 and on Friday from 06:00 to 12:30.
Due to the expected growth of the company, there is a real possibility of scaling up to two shifts. Working hours will then be as follows:
- Morning shift: 06:00 am to 15:00 pm and on Friday from 06:00 am to 12:30 pm.
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 23:00 and on Friday from 12:30 to 19:00.

What to expect.
- Salary indication: €15,00 gross. If working in shifts, a shift bonus of 14% will be added (€14,75 + 14% becomes €17,10);
- An opportunity to obtain a forklift diploma and BHV certificate after the training period, if not already obtained;
- You start with a temporary contract and after proven suitability you will get a permanent contract;
- You will be working with three types of forklift trucks: fork, clamp and BT.

What are we looking for in a Production Worker:
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English languages;
- You have a positive attitude, work ethic and a feel for technology;
- Being in possession of a forklift diploma and BHV certificate is a plus.
