Job Description- Take full ownership of a key national retail account, driving sales, margin, and overall profitability.
- Act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships with both internal teams and the customer.
- Create and implement strategic business plans to deliver long‑term, sustainable growth.
- Analyse sales and performance data to optimise product assortments, promotions, and in‑store execution.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure account goals are met.
- Support expansion into stores and markets across Europe.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on account performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Several years of experience in managing key accounts or commercial responsibilities within FMCG / Beauty Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage complex client relationships.
- Strong business acumen with experience overseeing financial performance and budgets.
- Skilled at negotiation and building effective, long‑term partnerships.
- Strategic thinker who can balance broader objectives with day‑to‑day operational needs.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in fast‑moving environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Enthusiastic about consumer products and creating positive experiences for clients and customers.
